Peter Rosenthal, Co-Founder
Peter is responsible for all renovation and construction activities, as well as financial management at Sutter Street Investments. Peter has been a real estate investor for over twenty-five years, purchasing, renovating, managing and selling both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to co-founding Sutter Street Investments, Peter was a Division VP of Sales at DBSI where he led a team that closed $240 million in transactions. Peter was a sales and leasing specialist at Starboard Real Estate in San Francisco, principal at a boutique real estate firm, principal at a high end condo developer, CFO for the Tribeca Film Center in New York and VP of Business Development for Robert DeNiro’s executive suite rental operation.
Peter is a licensed California contractor and real estate agent. He also holds his series 22 and 63 securities licenses. He received his BA in Business from Northeastern University and also attended the George Washington University. Peter serves on the board of directors of the Breast Cancer Fund. He lives in the Marina district of San Francisco with his wife and son.
Greg Yoch, Friend of Sutter
In April of 2014 Greg Yoch decided to move back to Minnesota to be closer to his family, a bitter sweet decision. In mid-July of this year Greg Yoch and family embarked on a new adventure loading up the Winnebago and said goodbye to his friends at Sutter Street. Greg has been a good friend to all of us; his presence will be missed. We wish him the best of luck.

Chaparrel Hilliard is an integral part of Sutter Street Investments, ensuring the company is keeping up to date with the current regulatory requirements for real estate transactions, researching acquisitions, nurturing our agent network and assisting with property marketing. Chaparrel has a background in retail management before making the transition to real estate in 2003. As Transaction Manager with a boutique firm in the East Bay, she helped build the business to multiple locations and supervised a team of transaction coordinators.
Chaparrel is an avid reader and loves to travel. She hopes to one day fill up her passport book.

John Capurro, Project Manager
John supervises daily construction and renovation activities, managing external vendors as well as sourcing materials. Prior to joining Sutter Street Investments, John was a "top 10%" sales representative with AT&T Advertising Solutions for twenty-five years. John was also in sales with General Foods.
John received his BS degree in Economics from Santa Clara University where he founded their SAE fraternity chapter. John also attended University of San Francisco. He lives in Moraga with his wife, two sons and a very grumpy hamster.
